This personalized style bundle consists of 5-6 hand-picked pieces based what YOU want to add to your closet. Each piece will be vintage and locally sourced by me. It can include a medley of jackets, blouses, dresses, skirts, tees, jeans, trousers, knitwear, accessories, and more. All sales are final—no returns, refunds, or exchanges!
Here’s a breakdown of the process:
1.) After ordering, please email cafe.cleo.nyc@gmail.com with your name, confirmation number, phone number, and the following information:
★ Your preferred sizing
★ A link to a Pinterest board or a Canva moodboard that showcases what you’re looking for
★ A brief summary describing your personal style and/or any notes on your inspo examples
★ Any fit, fabric, or color preferences (for example: only neutral tones, no linen, oversized fit, straight leg silhouettes, high-rise pants only, no stripes, natural fibers only, etc.); you can also include here if you’re wanting a specific combo of items (for example: multiple tops, no knitwear, at least one pair of pants)
★ Special requests (for example: you’ve been looking for a tan suede bomber jacket or a white top with an embroidered collar)—these are a “nice to have” and not promised, as it entirely depends on what’s available when sourcing, but I will try my very best to fulfill!
2.) Once submitted, I will reply to the email to confirm the order and may ask some follow-up questions based on the request. I will also provide an estimated shipping date.
3.) When sourcing, I may reach out via the provided phone number in case I have any questions or need clarification on anything!
4) Once sourcing is complete, I will follow-up via email to confirm the shipping date and share tracking information.
