hello!

Welcome to Café Cleo, your firsthand source for secondhand goods, named after my beloved rescue dog. I’m Erika, the founder, who has worked in NYC as a shopping editor and writer for the past 8 years and recently located to the lower Hudson Valley.

Like many vintage shop founders, sourcing unique secondhand clothing has been a hobby of mine for as long as I can remember. Café Cleo’s story first began when I was in the Midwest during the pandemic; During my remote lunch breaks, I would sneak out to the local thrift stores to curate my own secondhand collections—with a mask and hand sanitizer at the ready, of course.

Five years later, I’m returning to my creative roots and reimagining Café Cleo as a one-of-a-kind vintage source that brings eccentric pieces to my clients at affordable prices. All items are priced under $100, with the exception of some designer pieces.

In addition to regular inventory drops, I also offer style bundles—a “mystery bag” of sorts where I source a number of hand-picked pieces just for you, based on your personal style or a featured “aesthetic.”

I’m available for vintage styling and wardrobe sourcing needs as well—please reach out to me at cafe.cleo.nyc@gmail.com for any collaboration requests.

Thank you for supporting Café Cleo.
